Marco Fazio

Born and raised in Tuscany, Italy, Marco learned the rudiments of photography and the magic of the darkroom in his early school years. Thereafter, he worked in architecture, interior and lighting design for two decades. During those years, Marco founded an award-winning architectural studio managing a multi-disciplinary design team working mainly for fashion industry clients.
Moved to London in 2008, Marco has been recognised as a Chartered Architect of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) while pursuing his dream of connecting the worlds of architecture, design and fashion from the photographer's perspective.
After years of passionate dedication, hard work and professional achievements, he was awarded the Fellowship certification (FBIPP) by the British Institute of Professional Photography and won the Peter Grugeon Award for the Best Fellowship of the Year in 2016. Subsequently, he has been admitted as a member of the highly regarded Association of Photographers (AOP).
Having achieved a stronghold in coordinated image and photography for the design and fashion world, Marco has taken his expertise into the hospitality market; the likes of luxury and boutique hotels, fine dining restaurants and the drinks & beverage industry are all reaping benefits from his services.
Today Marco is leading his team in assignments for the hospitality, design and fashion industries.
Creative photography & film, coordinated image and brand marketing form the core of his services.
Thanks to more than a decade spent in the music industry, Marco has expendable knowledge in composition and sound engineering. That’s a valuable asset in creating licensed soundtracks and magnetic sound designs for commercial productions.
Marco's passion and another branch of his business are mentoring and nurturing new visual arts talents. In 2016 he launched "telling [fashion] stories" – photography & set design workshops – and more recently, he has become a lecturer for the School of Art and Creative Industries, teaching fashion media, promotion and communication at London South Bank University (LSBU).
The crossover between genres and industries is a peculiar and essential factor in his work, contributing to thinking outside the box and achieving a unique style rich in symbolism and content.

Bénédicte Arora

Bénédicte is an art director and graphic designer with a unique perspective on the power of visual communication. With a 360-degree approach that spans across print, digital, and art direction, she is always seeking out images that have a graphic quality and tell a story.
Bénédicte is a purist at heart, with a traditional graphic design background that pre-dates the internet boom. Over the last 15 years, she has applied her multi-disciplinary graphic designer skills in high street and luxury fashion and homeware retail. Her experience has given her a keen eye for brand identity and storytelling.

Marco is a highly skilled graphic designer who possesses a deep passion for creativity and originality. He fell in love with graphics at a very young age and spent his primary school days replicating famous logos on paper.
Today, he is an expert in creating streamlined synthetic shapes, experimenting with unconventional solutions, and playing around with lettering. He has mastered the latest design tools and is equally comfortable working on paper or screen. Marco can visualize a given brief, deconstruct it into its primary elements, and then blend it all to create graphic works that are always original and imaginative.

Tara Clark

Tara makes people and places look extraordinary. She is a creative director, designer and stylist who contributes to projects all the way from concept to realisation. With a background that traverses theatre, film, television, editorial, advertising and brand development, Tara brings to each project a deft ability to communicate visually across all mediums, from print to moving images and physical space. Her passion is for storytelling, and, as such, she strives to create imagery that engages its audience both visually and emotionally.
Stefano Chilà

Stefano is our seasoned hospitality consultant whose journey from Italy to the heart of London has been a captivating adventure in the world of bars and spirits. Since his relocation in 2009, Stefano has been a stalwart figure in the city's dynamic hospitality scene.
His illustrious career highlights experiences at prestigious establishments, including the iconic Radio Rooftop Bar at the ME London Hotel, the renowned Novikov Restaurant, the exclusive Chiltern Firehouse Hotel, and most notably, the esteemed Annabel's Private Members Club in Berkley Square. For the past five and a half years, Stefano has held the pivotal role of Head of Spirits at Annabel's, orchestrating an impressive selection of nearly 1800 labels. As the custodian of Annabel's discerning spirit collection, Stefano not only curated their extensive array of over 450 whiskies, 650 agave spirits, and more but also conducted bespoke whisky tastings for members, overseeing the creation of exclusive Annabel's private bottling.

Born in Italy but grew up between Paris, Milan and Los Angeles, Gian Marco’s global experience influences his work.
After many years in the movie and fashion industries, Gian Marco has built a strong knowledge of marketing and communication best practices, chained with practical entrepreneurship skills. His mind, analytical and creative at the same time, brought him to work in communication for several luxury fashion brands.
Working as a PR and creative director, Gian Marco has allowed us to accomplish several of our latest assignments. His client/team interface is crucial for a perfect understanding of what the clients want and how to get there smoothly and effectively.
Julia Antsibor

Julia is a talented photo retoucher and a skilled writer who is passionate about the arts. She was born in a small city in western Ukraine where her love for writing and music began during her childhood. Julia studied Ukrainian philology at the university and published her first poetry collection in 2004.
During her time at university, Julia discovered her talent for retouching beautiful images. It started as a hobby when she modelled for students' fashion shows, but it soon became a passion that would shape her career. Today, she combines her love for writing with her expertise in photo retouching to create stunning visual and written content.
As a photo retoucher and writer, Julia brings a unique perspective to each project. Her creative flair and attention to detail ensure that every image and piece of text is perfect, whether for a fashion shoot or a marketing campaign. Maha Alamri

The first female Saudi artist to be featured on Billboard, Maha Alamri's passion for expressing emotions through art and storytelling led to her producing and illustrating a music video with V magazine featuring Gigi Hadid and Daft Punk.
Maha is a graduate student at the University of Maryland studying Architecture. She completed her bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture at George Washington University in 2019. She worked as an interior designer in high-end residential design throughout her undergraduate degree to further gain professional experience.
Being born in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, allowed Maha to grow up in a diverse community and travel worldwide. Having later lived in London, UK, and now Washington, DC, she was influenced by many cultures that shaped her unique style. Maha is always eager to use different art mediums, exploring various forms of artistic expression to better grasp conceptual and abstract ideas. Using her knowledge in architecture and design with her passion for art, fashion, and culture, she creates a cohesive scenography for creative projects.
Fanny Burgos

Fanny is a professional in the world of make-up artistry and hairstyling, with over 15 years of experience. She has worked on a diverse range of projects, from fashion catalogues to catwalks, editorials, adverts, TV and films.
Fanny's extensive training includes everything from fashion make-up to historical hair and make-up, hair structures, face and body painting, SFX, prosthesis, character design, and airbrush painting. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for her craft, Fanny brings her expertise to every project she works on, delivering stunning results that exceed expectations.

Born in Florence, Italy, Stefania's passion for hairdressing started at a young age, and she has since become a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience. With a globetrotting career that has taken her from Australia to the UK, she has honed her skills and become an expert in her field, working for Sanrizz and Aveda salons. She has been trained at AOFM Make-up Academy in London and has been working freelance afterwards.
Her versatility in hair styling and make-up artistry has made her a sought-after talent in the industry. Stefania's work in fashion shows, photo shoots, and special effects has allowed her to create innovative and inspiring trends while always prioritising her clients' unique beauty.
Marian Alonso

Marian is a photographer and lens-based visual artist from Barcelona who has spent many years living in the creative hub of East London. Her passion for image-making comes across in her determination to achieve excellence in every job. Human visage is central in her work through portraiture, reportage and fashion, conveying meaning and emotion through slights of body language and expression.
Marian holds a Master’s in Photography from the University of the Arts London and is a recipient of the ARCO (Ifema) Photography Award.
Wayne Maurice Smith

Wayne is a self-taught photographer from Belfast, Northern Ireland. Living in London, he has developed his photographic skills and become more in tune with his creative side. His passion for photography comes across in his documented street photography, showing everyday people in their surroundings, portraiture, fashion and event photography. Wayne is always focused on achieving a high standard of work in both image-making and assisting roles.
He also studied as a professional dancer in contemporary dance and performance; however, today, he focuses solely on photography.
